The LEAD Program FAQ
- Can I attend LEAD virtually?
No, The LEAD Program is an interactive weekend conference and must be attended in person.
- Can I bring my children?
The LEAD Program does not provide childcare for the conference. Children are not permitted to attend the lectures.
- Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?
You may cancel your registration through August 31, 2024 11:59pm EST but you will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be given on or after September 1, 2024.

- Do you accept late registration?
No. Course materials must be ordered in advance.
- How will I receive my certificate?
Certificates will be mailed out upon course completion. Please ensure your contact information is up to date.
- How will I submit the assignments?
This course is managed via Google Classroom. Instructions of how to join and utilize Google Classroom will be provided during the conference.
- If we are a married couple, how should we register?
Married couples should select the “Double Occupancy” ticket and provide contact information for both attendees.
- Is transportation provided?
Transportation is not provided. You are responsible for arranging transportation to and from the retreat center.
- What are the course requirements?
To successfully complete The LEAD Program and receive a certificate, the following must be completed in each year of the program:
- In person attendance at the conference weekend
- Completion of end of conference quiz
- Completion of monthly online quizzes (5 questions each)
- Completion of final course exam (1)
- Completion of research assignment (1) – Due in June
- In person attendance at the conference weekend
- What does the registration fee cover?
The registration covers the following:
- Room at the retreat center
- All meals during the conference
- Beginning with dinner Friday night through lunch on Sunday
- Course Material
- Textbooks
- Notebook
- Applicable Handouts
- Who can attend The LEAD Program?
Anyone is welcome to register and attend as long as they are 22 years or older.
