The curriculum.

Two courses across two years. Courses are offered in sequence and you may start your leadership journey in either the first or second year of the program. Course offerings alternate each year.

Foundations intensive

The foundations course. We start with the difference between management and leadership, work through the laws that hold across contexts, and move into the five levels of leadership and the practices that grow a leader from one level to the next.

You cannot coach what you have not first noticed in yourself. The course pairs personality and self-awareness work with the practical disciplines of growing leaders around you — the track for those ready to move from leading to multiplying.
