Three sequenced courses

Begin with the foundations, advance through the levels of leadership, finish with self-knowledge and coaching. Recommended for most applicants.

Basic leadership skills

The foundations course. We start with the difference between management and leadership, move through the laws that hold across contexts, and end with the personal disciplines that make leadership sustainable.

Levels of leadership & advanced skills

Beyond positional authority. We work through the five levels of leadership and the practices that move a leader from one to the next, leaning into vision, decision-making, and the courage to do hard things slowly.

You cannot coach what you have not first noticed in yourself. The course pairs personality and self-awareness work with the practical disciplines of growing leaders around you.
