For students with prior leadership experience. Same depth, condensed pacing. Placement is determined by a brief faculty interview.
The foundations course. We start with the difference between management and leadership, move through the laws that hold across contexts, and end with the personal disciplines that make leadership sustainable.
Beyond positional authority. We work through the five levels of leadership and the practices that move a leader from one to the next, leaning into vision, decision-making, and the courage to do hard things slowly.
You cannot coach what you have not first noticed in yourself. The course pairs personality and self-awareness work with the practical disciplines of growing leaders around you.
A condensed combination of LEAD 401 and 402 for students with significant prior leadership experience. Same texts, same outcomes, denser pacing.
A condensed combination of LEAD 402 and 403. The track for those ready to move from leading to multiplying — heavy emphasis on practical coaching frameworks and the spiritual disciplines that hold them up.
