To successfully complete The LEAD Program and receive a certificate, the following must be completed in each year of the program:

• In person attendance at the conference weekend
  • Completion of end of conference quiz
• Completion of monthly online quizzes (5 questions each)
• Completion of final course exam (1)
• Completion of research assignment (1) – Due in June
